Scope of Application

This Policy applies to requests for consultation, site surveys, quotations, and service cooperation submitted to Moc An Chau through the website, hotline, email, or other official communication channels.

Methods of Receiving Requests

Moc An Chau receives customer requests through:

• The contact form available on the website;

• Hotline;

• Email;

• Zalo or other official communication channels published by Moc An Chau.

Information to Be Provided by Customers

To ensure accurate consultation and quotation preparation, customers should provide the following basic information:

• Company or organisation name;

• Contact person and contact details;

• Location where waste is generated or where the service is required;

• Type of service requiring consultation;

• Preliminary information regarding the type of waste, volume, and generation frequency;

• Relevant documents, photographs, and technical data, where available.

Response Principles

Upon receiving the information, Moc An Chau will review the request and respond within an appropriate period, depending on the nature of the request, the completeness of the provided documents, and actual operational conditions.

Where the information provided by the customer is incomplete, Moc An Chau may request additional information before providing consultation or issuing a quotation.

Quotation Principles

Moc An Chau’s quotations are prepared based on actual factors, including:

• Type of service;

• Characteristics of the goods, waste, or materials requiring collection or treatment;

• Volume, frequency, and service location;

• Transportation, storage, packaging, loading, and unloading conditions;

• Applicable legal documentation and management requirements.

A quotation is valid for reference or transaction purposes only within the specific validity period stated in the quotation or relevant document.

Service fees are determined based on the type of waste, waste code, volume, collection location, proposed collection and treatment method, documentary and record-keeping requirements, and the terms agreed upon in the contract or quotation.

Payment Method

Payments shall be made by bank transfer to Moc An Chau’s corporate bank account in accordance with the applicable contract or quotation. Invoices will be issued in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Refusal of Requests

Moc An Chau reserves the right to refuse to receive, process, or provide a quotation for requests in any of the following circumstances:

• The information provided is unclear, inaccurate, or untruthful;

• The request falls outside the Company’s scope of business, functions, or operational capabilities;

• The legal, technical, or safety requirements necessary for implementation cannot be satisfied;

• The request shows signs of violating applicable laws.

Governing Language

This Policy is prepared in Vietnamese and may be translated into other languages for reference purposes. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Vietnamese version and any translated version, the Vietnamese version shall prevail.
