Scope of Services
Moc An Chau provides services in accordance with the Company’s functions, authorised scope of operations, and actual capabilities, subject to its legal documentation, licences, technical conditions, and specific agreements with customers.
Basis for Service Provision
Services are provided based on:

The customer’s actual requirements;

Information, documents, and data provided by the customer;

The results of an on-site survey, where necessary;
-
Quotations, contracts, appendices, minutes, service orders, or other written agreements between the parties.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information, documents, and data;

Coordinating with Moc An Chau in conducting site surveys and confirming necessary information;

Ensuring appropriate conditions for handover, segregation, storage, and packaging in accordance with applicable safety, technical, and legal requirements;

Making payments on time in accordance with the agreed terms;

Cooperating throughout the service implementation, acceptance, reconciliation, and completion of relevant documents and records.
Responsibilities of Moc An Chau
Moc An Chau is responsible for:

Receiving and reviewing customer requests;

Providing consultation, conducting surveys, preparing quotations, and delivering services within the agreed scope;

Arranging personnel, vehicles, equipment, and procedures appropriate to the nature of the services;

Coordinating with customers during service delivery and completing relevant documents and records in accordance with applicable regulations and agreements.
Circumstances Giving Rise to Additional Costs
Where the actual information or conditions differ from those initially provided by the customer, or where there are changes in volume, type of waste, implementation conditions, travel distance, schedule, technical method, or legal requirements, Moc An Chau reserves the right to adjust the service fees, schedule, or implementation method after discussing the matter with the customer.
Suspension or Refusal of Service
Moc An Chau reserves the right to suspend or refuse to provide services in any of the following circumstances:

The customer provides inaccurate, misleading, or untruthful information;

The actual conditions do not meet safety requirements or differ materially from the initial description;

The customer fails to satisfy applicable legal requirements or fulfil the necessary cooperation obligations;

The request is unlawful or falls outside the Company’s authorised scope of operations.
Binding Effect of Service Transactions
The information published on the website is provided for general introduction and reference purposes only.
A specific service relationship between Moc An Chau and a customer shall become legally binding only when the parties enter into a valid contract, appendix, service order, minutes, or other written agreement.
Governing Language
These Terms of Service are prepared in Vietnamese and may be translated into other languages for reference purposes. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Vietnamese version and any translated version, the Vietnamese version shall prevail.
